Electronic signature for monthly financial reports

Starting 2011, romanian gouvernment decided to extend the electronic deposition form for monthly financial reports to include small  companies. This happened both for expensess reduction and the success achieved by using this type of reporting for medium and big companies starting oct 2010.

Taking into consideration the above facts, this type of deposition is a good thing - especially knowing that romania has a electronic signature law since 2002 but nobody taked into account the impact that this decision will have on small comanies infrastructure and knowledge required.

Our company's consultancy and training department decided to adress this need and establish several workshops where all details required for electronic signature and deposition are covered. Our sessions will include certificate market evaluation and hands-on activityes for this form of submission.
