Rap-COM is designated for small and medium companies that distribute products in retail networks and receive informations for both stock and sales data. This aplication ensures a uniform presentation of this data by the means of standardized database format. It also ensures uniform and standardized presentation of data coming from different sources and having different format. This is a modular aplication and enables you to buy only the required modules for your activityes.
This aplication does not ensure data transport, it can be performed by inhouse solution, third parties, serivce providers or separate application that can be delivered with it.
At this time we can provide you with several modules:
<strong> application base </strong> is the basis for any other module and acts like a glue providing the intermodule communication ensuring that the application runs as required. This module comes with 5 output formats that allow you to export the data in formats like: PDF, XLS, RTF, ODT, CSV, TXT or XML. Where the format suports it, there is also a graphical representation of the data (barchart, pie, etc.).
SELGROS package include the import format for Selgros Romania provided formats in the EDIFACT format.
SLGROS plus include the capability of importing the EDIFACT orders coming from Selgors Romania. This module requires the <strong> SELGROS package </strong>
MCC Package include the EDIFACT import format for METRO Cash & Carry Romania for sales and stock reports.
MCC Plus include the EDIFACT import format for METRO Cash & Carry Romania for orders and receipt advices. This module requires the <strong> MCC package</strong>.
real,- Package include the EDIFACT import format for real,- hypermarket Romania for sales and stock reports.

EXCEL ensures the import of informations provided in excel format. This module is implemented for each format needed.
